Regular maintenance helps HVAC equipment function at its best and reduces emergency repairs. Although Brugh Heating and Cooling recommend heating and cooling maintenance plans, we don’t require customers commit to annual maintenance.
Whether you choose to enroll in a seasonal maintenance plan or if you call us when your furnace or air conditioner isn’t working, we only charge you for the time and part you need. Similarly, if we can help you troubleshoot over the phone we help when we can — you are not charged if you don’t have us come out.
